While the majority of our clients have access to numerous job boards for both posting and searching their resume databases we do not use these sites. We believe that it is important to do things that our clients are not doing. For this reason we engage in the following methods to bring you the best possible candidates:

• Personal Networking - Placing executives we have built relationships with over time.  These are the ultimate passive candidates who are not out in the job market and will never be found on a job board.  We act as their eyes and ears, where they trust us to advance their careers by presenting them for the best opportunities with growing companies. 
  

• Direct Sourcing - Finding the best and brightest in our client's competitors and enticing them away for a better opportunity. 
  

Many would consider these to be "old-school" type recruiting methods.  We believe that these are the most effective ways to find the top performers or A-List candidates.    We do make use of advanced search technologies and techniques.  

Our candidates are well vetted to be 100% sure they are top performers.  Our recruiting team uses behavioral interview methods to interview candidates. References are checked and education is verified.
